If we discover a pricing error on an order you have placed, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.


 

 

4. Orders and Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud. Your order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation email.

Payment

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Sales Tax

Order Cancellations

14. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at info@kamyslingerie.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Waiver of Class Action

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION, CONSOLIDATED ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.


 

 

15. California-Specific Rights
